Can the chair be washed?
No.
When the cover cloth is stained, delute mild detergent by 5% with warm water and soak cloth. Wring the wet cloth lightly and pat on the stain.
After that, swipe off the detergent with clean cloth, and let it dry naturally. Head cover and Full cover can be washed.
There is a fastener at the back of the chair. Can I take off the cover cloth?
Please do not take off the cover cloth.
The fastener is put on the chair for manufacturing purpose only. Please do not take off the fastener, because it may cause deformation / damage to the urethane and stuffing inside. It may cause the cover cloth not be able to cover the chair.
When the floor is not flat, can the height of foot be adjusted?
Only the front foot can be adjusted.
The tip ot the Foot Part can be adjusted 0.39inches with a spanner.
How much weight can the chair support?
The chair can support up to 220LB.
Please do not stand up or put your weight at one point on the chair.
It way cause damage to the chair.
The chair does not Hug as I thought it would.
The Hug Arm will move by the persons weight going on to the Backrest.
How the Hug Arm moves depends on weight and body frame. Find your favorite way to enjoy the Hugging chair.
Can the chair be reclined?
Yes.
The chair can be reclined by pulling the Reclining Lever on the right side of the chair and putting your weight onto the Backrest at the same time. It will move 97°–135° from seating face. When moving the Backrest to the upright position, pull the Lever and reduce your weight from the Backrest.
Can the chair be folded?
No.
